Public Consultation on Ludgvan Parish Neighbourhood Priorities Statement

Ludgvan Parish Council is conducting a public consultation on its new Neighbourhood Priorities Statement and encourages all parish residents to participate.

The Neighbourhood Priorities Statement will identify the key issues, opportunities, and aspirations for the parish and will help inform future planning decisions. It is important that the views of parish residents are represented within this document.

The NPS is an opportunity for you to identify what makes Ludgvan special and what should be protected, enhanced, or improved. We are looking to understand the following:

  • The type and location of future housing.
  • Protecting the parish’s rural character, landscape, and natural environment.
  • Community facilities, recreation spaces, and services.
  • Protecting heritage assets and the unique character of our villages and hamlets.
  • Addressing climate change and promoting sustainability.
  • Infrastructure needs such as transport, drainage, broadband, and public services.

Responses can be filled in online at this link Local Plan / NPS Resident Survey | Let’s Talk Cornwall

Alternatively you can email your thoughts directly to the parish clerk at clerk@ludgvan-pc.gov.uk or attend one of our upcoming NPS consultation meetings where you can contribute in person.

The Parish Council values your contribution and looks forward to hearing your views.
